I edited the Lumin blog and oversaw its redesign into a more customer-friendly state: we added publication dates, read time, hyperlinked menus, sidebars, pull quotes, a share widget, and categories (which I see no one has used since I left).
I edited a range of freelancers and wrote many pieces myself. Topics ranged from translating highly technical products for the public, hyping up and explaining new releases, “top 5” listicles comparing our software to others, and general “migrate to the cloud” type awareness-level blogs.
